Luke Graham MP joined Ceteris and others to celebrate Elmbank Mill business centre’s 21st year of operating as a Clackmannanshire business hub in the Hillfoots. The event was an informal afternoon tea with existing tenants and guests.
Originally a woollen mill, Elmbank Mill is now a historical building and local landmark which hosts twelve diverse businesses, from Aerial Roots, a Yoga and Pilates studio, and Spherical Digital, an IT consultant, through to Global DX, a lab which provides diagnostic solutions to veterinarians.
Ceteris purchased Elmbank Mill in the mid 90’s with a view to offering businesses in the Hillfoots villages a local but modern business location.
Commenting Luke Graham MP said:
“I would like to congratulate Ceteris, and all the tenants at Elmbank Mill, on reaching this milestone. The facilities are fantastic and play an important role in the thriving business community here in Clackmannanshire.
I have also always been keen to support the use of our older buildings to provide new opportunities, and the development of Elmbank Mill for this purpose is a prime example of how best to do that.
I look forward to seeing the businesses continue to grow and develop over the coming years, and I look forward to seeing them celebrate their next major milestone in a few years’ time!”
